Housing

in Union

Recently The Arc of Union County partnered with The Arc of North Carolina and Union County Habitat for Humanity.  A new apartment building was constructed in Monroe specifically for adults with developmental disabilities. The building consists of five one bedroom apartments. All apartments are visit-able by persons in a wheelchair, and one of the apartments will be completely accessible for a resident who uses a wheelchair. Residents must meet a specific criteria in order to qualify, and information can be found by calling Melanie Miller at 704.261.1550 x 203. We do not currently have any vacancies but you are still able to fill out an application to be held on file.
